Clomid 100 mg Sanofi

Pharmacological action

Anti-estrogen non-steroidal structure, the action of which is due to specific binding to estrogen receptors of the ovaries and pituitary gland. At low content of estrogens in the body it shows moderate estrogenic effect, at high content – anti-estrogenic effect. In low doses it increases the secretion of gonadotropins (prolactin, FSH and LH), stimulates ovulation; in high doses it inhibits the secretion of gonadotropins. It has no gestagenic and androgenic activity.

Side effects

• Nervous system: dizziness, headache, drowsiness, slowing down the speed of mental and motor reactions, depression, hyperexcitability, insomnia.
• Digestive system: nausea, vomiting, gastralgia, flatulence, diarrhoea.

Interaction

Compatible with preparations of gonadotropic hormones.

Storage conditions

In a dry place, protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.

Keep out of reach of children.

Shelf life

5 years.

Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package.
